If you watch live cricket there are two men standing on the top or bottom of the place where the guy is throwing the ball to where the wickets are (the three big sticks on either side). These guys are called umpires.When there is a close call the umpires decide. If they can not decide they call the third umpire who decides on the screen. This is called Hot Spot. When six bowls have been thrown this is called an over.
